Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Portal: Create an enterprise front-end experience, seamless login (SSO) across all major Bridgestone and participating third-party entities and platforms.
- Design and User Experience: collaborate with digital marketing teams to enable an enterprise “Bridgestone” experience.
- System Integration: Connect seamlessly with fleet dispatch systems, dealer POS, and procurement systems to streamline operations. API and webhook catalog, internal and third-party integrations, including fleet management systems (FMS).
- Data and Insights: Render dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making and substantiate enterprise value creation across multiple platforms.
- Service Event Management: Render user interface and dashboard that facilitates real-time service scheduling and reporting for routine and emergency tire services.
- Streamline billing processes, making it easier to reconcile and resolve invoices.
- Drive fleet service compliance and performance monitoring to support network SLAs.
Activities
- Leads product lifecycle activities, including vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Serves as liaison between customers, business, technical and design teams, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing task, blockers, and dependencies.
- Gathers stakeholder and customer needs and translates into clear product requirements and business cases.
- Manages Product Owner(s) and engagements with internal and external development partner (vendor management) to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
- Develops and maintains a curated product backlog that maximizes value and aligns with product vision, strategy, and internal and external customer needs.
- Responsible for driving items through development funnel and stage gate management, ensuring governance measures and control changes are adhered to in the delivery cycle.
- Escalates questions/concerns/delays to stakeholders for resolution.
- Tracks and manages implementations, change requests, and release schedules.
- Supports sales, customer success, and operation leads on customer initiatives, including discovery, delivery, and on-boarding cycles.
- Communicates and updates stakeholders on product goals, backlog status, and release schedules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field; MBA Preferred.
- 10+ Years of professional experience, with emphasis on Product Management / Project Management for software and / or subscription products.
- Experience with software solutions for automotive and/or commercial fleets a plus
- Experience leading product activities with onshore and offshore technical resources.
- People leader with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional teams, comprised of diverse internal and third-party party groups.
- Proficient with financial analysis; able to drive a business case exercise in partnership with finance to drive investment decisions across innovation framework (stage gate).
- Exceptional communication skills; comfortable developing content and driving discussions and customer engagements with technical and business stakeholders.
- High-energy, self-directed, and collaborative.
- Ability to travel, as needed.
