Position Summary
The Lead Performance Media Analyst is an individual contributor role within Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) Marketing, reporting to the Director of Brand Activation. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for our performance marketing, with focus on paid search/local directory marketing program, including campaign management & measurement, landing pages CRO, and SEM strategy for holistic lead generation.
You will be responsible for proactive management of performance media to reach lead goals. This includes the day-to-day management of multiple accounts including Google, Yelp, Yellow Pages, and more. Additionally, this includes planning and pacing toward weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual lead targets, making adjustments to improve lead generation, cost per lead, and return on ad spend. You will be responsible for testing, implementing and measuring strategies that improves paid lead volume across campaigns and landing pages.
The role will be based at the Nashville, TN headquarters in the office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage the media agency, overseeing planning, management, and coordination of activities.
- Provide leadership, develop and execute on-going strategy for driving lead volume, engagement, and conversion through performance media channels.
- Manage performance marketing budget, maintain the forecast, and track spending to budget and lead generation goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide critical leadership and recommendations for test or adoption.
- Partner with analytics, brand, creative, and experience teams to activate campaigns through audience data and creative assets.
- Utilize data to develop recommendations to improve audience engagement and optimize conversion across touchpoints.
- Understand how SEM and SEO work together and partner closely cross functionally to foster a collective strategy and measurable progress.
- Monitor and report on SEM portfolio performance using our in-house SEM systems and conduct analysis and investigations using Excel &Tableau.
- Create a roadmap for continual innovative testing to drive growth and ongoing optimization to drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with our in-house analytics and technology teams to conduct performance deep dives and inspire the next generation of our portfolio management tools.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in Google Pay-per-click and with measurement tools.
- Prior experience managing several paid media campaigns.
