Position Summary
To support administrative functions for the management team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry
- Answer phones and direct to the appropriate party
- Purchasing for the Distribution Center
- Pay bills for the facility
- Maintain required files for the leadership team
- Month end accruals
- Completing and submitting Purchasing and Travel card receipts and reports for the management team
- Contractor verification in ISNetworld
- Intelex Research and Entry
- Create and maintain BTV for the DC
- Coordinates employee relations activities with the Human Resources Manager
- Maintains badging system and creates badges for teammates. Maintains CTPAT compliance
- Greet and check in visitors
- Maintains training records for safety department
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a high school diploma
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions,
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate good work ethic and is dependable.
- Ability to prioritize and complete job tasks safely and effectively without constant supervision.
- Computer experience, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- SAP and High Jump experience a plus
Typically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree
