Position Summary
We are seeking a Pricing & Production Support Lead Analyst to join our team.
This role requires expertise in credit card pricing strategies, data analysis, system support, and the ability to implement solutions promptly. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in configuring pricing strategies and settings, supporting our core banking applications, and ensuring the stability of our Fiserv systems through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
Pricing Strategy Lifecycle: Responsible of managing pricing strategies in a fast-paced credit card bank from initial concept to post implementation support, incorporating the following:
- Develop and Build: Structure actionable pricing solutions with defined milestones, responsibilities, and implementation timelines. Build innovative pricing strategies that align with CFNA’s objectives and risk appetite.
- Test: Assess pricing strategies through rigorous testing, data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment, feasibility, and risk mitigation.
- Implement & Communicate: Present pricing strategies to the change management committee and answer questions to key stakeholders.
- Compliance Review: Work directly with compliance and internal audit teams providing clear documentation, researching different account scenarios, and answering questions.
- Validate: Conduct post-implementation evaluations to ensure pricing strategies are behaving as expected.
- Identify Opportunities: Recognize pricing potential by analyzing market trends, emerging risks, and changes in customer behavior.
Production Support:
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Maintain transparency through thorough documentation of pricing strategies, rate changes, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure system availability and rapid issue resolution.
- Monitor and support Fiserv systems for seamless operations.
- Investigate and report issues related to core banking systems while ensuring timely resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between Fiserv and internal CFNA stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct regular audits/reviews to evaluate existing Fiserv technology solutions are functioning as expected.
- Configure and support Fiserv systems, including Rules and Settings.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in pricing, IT support, or banking
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
- Experience with mainframe systems is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with SQL querying for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience
