Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior IT Governance and Enterprise Resilience to join our team!
The Lead of IT Governance & Enterprise Resilience is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, and incident response programs. This role ensures the organization can effectively respond to disruptions while minimizing operational, financial, and reputational risks.

Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities include:
Business Continuity Planning (BCP):
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy for CFNA.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for each functional area to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs).
- Collaborate with all functional areas to create, test, and refine departmental continuity plans, including communication system maintenance.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 22301, FFIEC, NIST, etc.).
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles in BCP.
Disaster Recovery (DR):
Partner with IT teams to develop Disaster Recovery test plans for critical applications and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices for data backup, redundancy, and failover strategies.
- Lead DR exercises, including tabletop simulations and recovery tests.
- Track and report DR readiness and gaps to leadership.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles in DR.
Crisis Management:
- Design and implement a Crisis Management Program to coordinate response efforts during emergencies.
- Develop and maintain an effective Crisis Communication Plan in collaboration with the Communications team and Executive Leadership.
- Facilitate crisis response efforts in coordination with executive leadership.
- Conduct after-action reviews to improve response capabilities.
Incident Management:
- Work with IT teams & executive leadership to establish and manage an Incident Response Framework to quickly address operational disruptions, cyber incidents, and other emergencies.
- Implement a formal Incident classification & escalation process to ensure appropriate response levels.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles in incident response.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Risk or business-related field
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
